What this line is

Shadowbringers' relic, built alongside the Bozjan Southern Front and Zadnor. Every stage turns in to Zlatan in Gangos.

Two stages break the usual pattern with material costs paid once for the account rather than per weapon — “The Resistance Remembers” at stage 5, and the four-quest chain at stage 6. Those are the walls; everything after them is comparatively cheap per weapon.

Building a second weapon8 of 16 costs repeat

The two walls are paid once and never again: “The Resistance Remembers” (36 memories) and the four Zadnor quests (180 items). After those, each additional weapon needs only 4 Thavnairian Scalepowder, the graded Memories, 15 Timeworn Artifacts and 15 Raw Emotion. Kitting out the other sixteen jobs takes 64 Scalepowder in total — 16,000 Poetics.
