What this line is

Heavensward's relic, released across patches 3.15 to 3.55. Unlike Zodiac, almost every stage is a straight material purchase — which makes it predictable, and makes stage 5 the single largest tomestone bill on any relic line.

If you finished a Zodiac Zeta weapon you can trade it to Syndony in Mor Dhona to skip most of stage 1, at the cost of destroying the Zeta.

Building a second weaponall 38 costs repeat

Only the unlock quests carry over. The ten Awoken dungeons, the aetheric density farm, the twelve Lux trials and every tomestone and seal repeat in full — a second Lux costs the same as the first, including the ~11,000 Poetics at Reconditioned.
