Endgame entries — 20-hour recharges, not daily resets

⚠️ These do NOT roll at Japan midnight. Omen, Odyssey and Sortie entry items each recharge every 20 Earth hours, so they come available about four hours earlier each day and drift against the reset. Auto-clear here is approximately right and never exactly right — the in-game timer is authoritative. They are listed daily because that is the useful prompt, not because the game rolls them then. Sortie also has a 60-minute instance timer once you are inside. The Summer support campaign currently boosts Omen Job Card acquisition and doubles Omen lights, so this is a good fortnight to be running it.

  • 20h cycleCollect and spend your Omen entry item
The Mystical Canteen key item refreshes every 20 Earth hours. Do not let available entries sit capped if you are actively running Omen
Reward Omen Job Cards and lights, both currently boosted
  • 20h cycleCollect and spend your Odyssey entry item
One Moglophone becomes available every 20 Earth hours. Collect the key item even on days you cannot run Odyssey — the recharge only starts again once you take it
    Reward Odyssey progression
  • 20h cycleCollect and spend your Sortie entry item
The Shiny Plate recharges every 20 Earth hours. Runs are capped at 60 minutes inside the instance, so start one only when you have the time
    Reward Sortie progression

Daily objectives and points

Both of these genuinely roll at the Japan-midnight reset. Records of Eminence dailies are a rotating selection — take the ones that overlap what you were doing anyway rather than trying to clear the list.

  • Earn your Domain Points in Domain Invasion
Base cap is 80 Domain Points per Earth day, resetting at Japan midnight. Your World's Mireu bonuses change how fast you reach the cap, not the cap itself
    Reward Domain Points
  • Clear the daily Records of Eminence objectives worth your time
Quests → Objectives → Other → Daily Objectives. A rotating selection, so pick the ones that fit what you are already doing — this is not a list to complete
Reward Sparks of Eminence, EXP and Copper Vouchers

Account and collection

The small daily habits. Gobbie Mystery Box accrues 10 Daily Tally automatically each day whether or not you touch it, so the Special Dial is the only part that needs an action. The Guild Point cap varies by guild and rank and is deliberately not given a number here.

  • does not bankLog in for the Repeat Login Campaign
Campaign No. 158 is running. Points accrue per login day, so a missed day is points you cannot recover
    Reward Login Points
  • Use the Gobbie Mystery Box Special Dial
Costs 50 Daily Tally and may be used once per Earth day. You accumulate 10 Daily Tally automatically each day
    Reward Gobbie Mystery Box prizes
  • optionalTurn in that day's crafting guild item
Check the day's requested item and turn in until you hit your daily Guild Point cap. Only worth tracking while you are working toward guild items, crafting shields, key items or furnishings
    Reward Guild Points
  • optionalUse your Chocobo Digging allowance
Up to 100 successful digs per Earth day. Hyper Chocobo Digging is part of the current Summer campaign
    Reward Digging skill and materials
  • optionalTend your raised chocobo
Check the chocobo you are actively raising, feed and perform care interactions, and review the care plan if the stats are drifting from what you want
    Reward Chocobo raising progress
  • optionalUse the day's fishing allowance
Only worth tracking if you are actively pushing fishing skill or farming fish — use the allowance before fatigue resets
    Reward Fishing skill and catches

Mog Garden

Unlike most groups on this page, a Mog Garden player does all of these rather than picking from them — so it is one task with every activity as a part, and it is only done when the garden is empty. Not everything is available every day; skip the parts that have nothing waiting.

  • Work your Mog Garden0 / 8
Sweep the whole garden in one visit rather than returning through the day
Reward Crafting materials, food ingredients and furnishings

Summer campaign dailies — Phase 1 ends Aug 23

Both of these belong to the Take a Vana'Vacation This Summer! support campaign and both reset at 8:00 a.m. PDT, the same Japan-midnight instant as everything else here. Phase 1 runs to August 23; Phase 2 brings the same package back from August 31. Square Enix's own wording is that the Dark Matter restriction is 'lifted at 8:00 a.m. (PDT) each day' and the Gallantry bonus 'will reset at 8:00 a.m. (PDT) each day'.

  • campaign onlyTake your free Dark Matter Arcane Glyptics
Oseem in Norg (I-7). Up to twelve free engravings per day while the campaign runs — one of the strongest augment opportunities in the game and it costs nothing
Reward Up to 12 free Dark Matter-style augments
  • campaign onlyTake the doubled Ambuscade Gallantry bonus
The first applicable Ambuscade bonus each day pays double Badges of Gallantry, and it stacks with Abdhaljs Seal effects
    Reward Doubled Badges of Gallantry

Vana'Bout dailies — from Aug 21

⚠️ Round 10 does not start until August 21 at 8:00 a.m. PDT, so nothing in this group exists before then. Included in advance because these are recurring objectives that will be correct for the whole event, and a checklist missing them from Friday morning would be worse than one carrying them early. Vana'Bout objectives are marked in-game with VBD (daily) or VB (whole event) after the objective name. A daily objective you do not complete stays active for one extra day before being replaced, so a single missed day is recoverable. The August update added new daily objectives and reduced how much the daily selection varies.

  • from Aug 21Complete Hunting, Kupo! (VBD)
Available every event day. Defeat the required number of EXP-yielding enemies outside Abyssea
    Reward 20 plaudits
  • from Aug 21Complete your other active Vana'Bout daily objectives
Take whichever VBD objectives you can reasonably clear — Square Enix's own advice. Plaudits reset each round and do not carry to the next Vana'Bout
Reward Plaudits toward the Silver (200), Gold (700) and Limit (1200) tiers
  • every 2 daysComplete This Chain Shall Not Be Broken (VBD)
Achieve an EXP chain of 5. Technically a two-day objective rather than a daily one, but it surfaces with the daily set and is easiest to catch here
    Reward 30 plaudits

Do not let these cap

These accumulate on their own and do not need spending every day — the point of listing them is to notice BEFORE you are capped and wasting regeneration. Coalition Imprimaturs regenerate one per 180 minutes at base, improved by Shovel Cordons: Bronze 150 minutes, Silver 120, Golden 90. That base rate is half what it used to be — the October 2025 update halved regeneration. Traverser Stones and Voidstones both issue roughly one per 20 hours before key-item reductions, and both stockpile.

  • Check your Coalition Imprimaturs
Spend before you cap. A Shovel Cordon is the single biggest improvement to the rate if you run Records of Eminence coalition work regularly
    Reward Coalition assignment rewards
  • Check your Traverser Stones
Worth unlocking accumulation even in stretches where you are not running Abyssea at all — the stones bank while you are away
    Reward Abyssea access
  • Check your Voidstones
Regenerate on roughly the same 20-hour cadence and stockpile, so this is a periodic look rather than a daily chore
    Reward Voidwatch access

Legacy timers — probably not your problem

These were daily gates in the game's older eras and Rhapsodies of Vana'diel progression largely dissolves them, which is why this is one entry rather than three. Imperial Army I.D. Tags drop to a 10-minute regeneration with Rhapsody in Azure. Campaign Ops Credits normally regenerate every 24 hours but drop to 10 minutes with Rhapsody in Mauve, with a maximum of 7 stored either way. Einherjar's lockout falls to 1 Earth hour with Rhapsody in Azure, which mainly matters when farming Therion Ichor for Mythic weapons. If you have finished Rhapsodies, ignore this group entirely.

  • pre-Rhapsodies onlyCheck your legacy entry timers
Only relevant if you are NOT Rhapsodies-progressed: Imperial Army I.D. Tags for Assault and Nyzul, Campaign Ops Credits, and the Einherjar lockout
    Reward Access to legacy content
Weekly — conquest tally9

Currency caps

Both caps reset with the conquest tally on Sunday. These are the two easiest reliable weekly chores on an established account, and Sparks in particular is a dependable gil route.

  • prioritySpend up to 100,000 Sparks of Eminence
100,000 is the weekly exchange ceiling. Unspent capacity does not carry, so a week you skip is a week of gil you did not make
Reward Exchange stock, commonly resold for gil
  • Spend up to 100,000 Unity Accolades
Same 100,000 weekly ceiling and the same Sunday boundary
    Reward Unity exchange stock

Records of Eminence — weekly

A pick-from list, not a completion list. Review these after the conquest tally.

  • Clear the weekly Records of Eminence objectives worth your time
Prioritise anything that overlaps what you are already running — Ambuscade, Unity, crafting or general combat. Objectives you would not otherwise go out of your way for are rarely worth the detour
    Reward Sparks, Accolades and vouchers

Limbus

The revamped Limbus system. Temenos and Apollyon Codes are obtained by examining the ??? in each area, once per week each in Earth time, and Square Enix states they carry over if unused — so a missed week is not lost, it banks. The weekly acquisition ceiling is 70,000 units for each currency, raised from 50,000 in the January 2026 update, with the total carryover ceiling raised at the same time from 100,000 to 140,000.

  • Claim your weekly Temenos Code
Examine the ??? that appears in Temenos. Once per week, and it carries over unused
Reward Opens treasure chests within Temenos
  • Claim your weekly Apollyon Code
Examine the ??? that appears in Apollyon. Once per week, and it carries over unused
Reward Opens treasure chests within Apollyon
  • Earn Temenos and Apollyon units toward the weekly ceiling
70,000 units per week for each currency, carrying to a maximum of 140,000. Damage dealt to Limbus notorious monsters also earns Unique data, which opens chests beyond the standard five
    Reward Temenos and Apollyon units

Experience rings

Recharge availability is tied to the conquest week rather than to a fixed number of days, which is why this sits in the weekly bucket.

  • optionalRecharge your conquest-week EXP rings
Empress Band, Emperor Band, Chariot Band and similar. Only worth tracking while you are actively levelling something
    Reward EXP ring charges

Longer cadences, tracked here because there is nowhere better

⚠️ Dynamis-Divergence is a 60 Earth hour lockout from the moment you enter, so it aligns with no reset this site models and drifts through the week. Tracking your actual next-entry timestamp in game beats any checkbox — this entry is a prompt to go and look. Weekly is simply the most useful home for it, not a claim about the cadence.

  • 60h lockoutCheck your Dynamis-Divergence entry timer
60 Earth hours from your last entry. Because it does not align to a reset, the in-game timestamp is the only reliable answer
    Reward Dynamis-Divergence progression
  • Check your banked Omen, Odyssey and Sortie entries
If you have skipped days, make sure stored entries are not sitting capped and wasting recharge before the week turns over
    Reward Recovered entry value
Monthly — version-update cycle15

How this bucket works

⚠️ READ THIS BEFORE TRUSTING THE TIMER. In FFXI, 'monthly' means the version-update cycle, not the calendar month — updates land around the 10th to the 12th. This bucket auto-clears on the 1st of the Japanese calendar month, which can be up to eleven days BEFORE the game actually rotates anything. Treat the boundary as a prompt to go and check, and the in-game objective list as authoritative. The August 12, 2026 update swapped the monthly Records of Eminence objectives and rotated both Ambuscade enemy sets, which is exactly the kind of change that makes a hard-coded rotation wrong within a month.

  • priorityComplete the four monthly Records of Eminence objectives
Records of Eminence → Other → Monthly Objectives. Four objectives, generally 10 Deeds of Heroism each. Deeds are permanent cumulative progression rather than a currency you spend, so there is no reason to bank them
Reward Up to 40 Deeds of Heroism

Peculiar Foes

A monthly Records of Eminence encounter series. The indexed targets rotate with version updates — as of the August 12 update, Peculiar Foes I indexes Awoken Hildesvini and Peculiar Foes II indexes Awoken Mokkuralfi, but check in game rather than trusting those names after the next update. Worth doing beyond the vouchers: once you have completed The Voracious Resurgence, Peculiar Foes objectives also feed Voracious Psyche acquisition through Elijah.

  • Complete Peculiar Foes I (M)
Currently indexes Awoken Hildesvini. Confirm the target in game — the index changes with version updates
Reward Silver Vouchers and capacity points
  • Complete Peculiar Foes II (M)
Currently indexes Awoken Mokkuralfi. Confirm the target in game
Reward Silver Vouchers and capacity points
  • Complete the remaining available Peculiar Foes objectives
The series runs beyond the two indexed entries above. Take whichever are available to you this cycle
Reward Silver Vouchers and capacity points

A.M.A.N. Trove

Ten monthly objectives, several of which are routine account actions — examining a Home Point and normal use of ordinary systems both count — so this is one of the cheaper monthly sets to clear. The important monthly deadline is earning the vouchers and objectives; the orbs themselves can be spent whenever you like.

  • Accept A.M.A.N. Trove (M)
Speak to the appropriate A.M.A.N. NPC for the monthly introductory objective
    Reward Mars Orb
  • Work the month's ten A.M.A.N. Trove objectives
Several are routine actions you will complete without going out of your way. Silver Vouchers come from the applicable ones
    Reward Silver Vouchers
  • Deposit your Silver Vouchers with Greyson
Converts vouchers into A.M.A.N. Trove entries. Spend the resulting orbs whenever suits — only the earning is on a monthly clock
    Reward A.M.A.N. Trove entries

Ambuscade

The clearest reason this game needs a monthly bucket at all. Ambuscade's enemies, reward inventory and progression all rotate with the version update — the August 12 update replaced both enemy sets and changed the matching Records of Eminence objectives. Anything you have not spent by the next update may not buy the same things afterwards, so the last entry here is the one that actually costs you.

  • Complete the current Normal Ambuscade
    The current rotation's normal-difficulty encounter
Reward Hallmarks and Badges of Gallantry
  • Complete the current Intense Ambuscade
The harder encounter in the current rotation
    Reward Increased Hallmarks and Gallantry
  • Complete the current Ambuscade Records of Eminence objectives
These were swapped with the August 12 update alongside the enemy rotation
Reward Sparks, Accolades and Ambuscade progress
  • Claim your Total Hallmark milestone rewards
Milestones pay out on cumulative Hallmarks — check what you have crossed before the rotation changes
    Reward Milestone rewards
  • prioritySpend Hallmarks and Gallantry before the next version update
Buy the limited monthly Ambuscade stock you actually want. The inventory rotates with the update, so an unspent balance is not a saved balance — it is a bet that next month sells something you like better
    Reward Limited monthly Ambuscade stock

Limbus — world progression

⚠️ The capture describes Limbus notorious-monster reward tabulation as having moved from a one-week to a FOUR Earth week cycle, with a given NM becoming unavailable once enough have been defeated until the next cycle. Neither the January nor the May 2026 version-update thread mentions that change, so the mechanic is tracked here WITHOUT asserting the four-week figure, and the cycle length is on the in-game verification list. Treat the in-game availability display as authoritative.

  • Contribute to the current Limbus NM cycle
Participate in the current notorious-monster cycle and check the resulting treasure-chest reward status. Once enough of a given NM have been defeated it becomes unavailable until the cycle turns over
    Reward Limbus chest rewards

Login campaign

⚠️ Two separate deadlines, and the later one is the one that costs you. For campaign No. 158, points accrue until September 2 at 7:00 a.m. PDT but can be exchanged until September 9 at 7:59 a.m. PDT. Carryover was cut from 1,500 to 700 points in the October 2025 update, so anything above 700 left unspent at the close is simply gone.

  • Earn the month's Login Points
Log in on as many days as you can during the acquisition window
    Reward Login Points
  • 700 carry capExchange your Login Points before the window closes
The exchange period runs a week past the acquisition period. Spend down to at most 700 points — that is all that carries to the next campaign
    Reward Campaign reward items
