There is NO per-player contribution limit, and Singularity 6 states that even after the community finishes rebuilding the docks you can keep earning Civic Project XP and unlocking rewards at your own pace — so the reward track itself has no deadline. TWO TITLES DO, and they are the only part of this that can be lost: see the missable task below. This track runs on DOCK XP and is separate from the Lunar Path, which runs on Lunar XP; both progress at once and neither slows the other.

  Opens the Civic Project. Contribute by crafting Building Supplies and Donation Kits — kits come from several different skills and are worth 1, 2 or 4 points each, so the skill you have levelled decides your most efficient route in.

  ⚠️ THE ONLY DEADLINE IN THIS PROJECT, and it is a COMMUNITY one rather than a personal one — you cannot see it coming from your own progress. Deckhand needs any contribution before the project completes; The Harbormaster needs enough contribution before it completes. Once the community finishes construction BOTH become permanently unavailable, even though every other reward on the track stays earnable.

Documented quests so far: Hair of the Beast, Hunter’s Family Feast, and A Bow Arm to Lean On. ⚠️ THE EXACT LEVEL 4 ACCOMPLISHMENT NAME AND REWARD ARE NOT YET CONFIRMED — the wiki has not filled in her Level 4 entry, and this line will be tightened once it is verified in-game. Note that "Part of the Pack" is the PLAYER TITLE this grants, not the name of the accomplishment.
