Occultum has two stages. Once your first weapon reaches the first stage, trade ecliptic arcanite to Dodokkuli in the phantom village (X:6.7, Y:7.1) for further weapons already at that stage — ecliptic arcanite comes from Allagan tomestones of mathematics. Once any weapon reaches the second stage, every weapon after it enhances to that stage with no further items.
